LET'S COOK (AND DRINK) IN THE WILD

How do you celebrate a summer-well-executed? Here at Fulton, we head North for one last hurrah at Chef Camp. This year, let’s make it count together. Meet us in the woods this Labor Day for the third annual Chef Camp, an outdoor cooking adventure.

By day immerse yourself in hands-on cooking classes with the region’s top chefs and enjoy classic summer camp fun like canoeing and archery. At night, enjoy perfectly paired Fulton beers with delicious gourmet meals under the stars. Our brewers will be in attendance throughout the weekend, too, teaching workshops about hop varieties, flavor pairings, and more.

Fulton Beer supporters get a $50 discount to camp. Just use code FULTON50 when you buy your ticket.

Learn more and get your tickets now at chefcampmn.com. We'll see you at camp!

MN ZOO BEASTLY BASH

The wildness continues! We’re partnering with one of the Minnesota Zoo’s most lively events in the spirit of inclusion. The newly-named Beastly Bash is more than just tasty beverages, food, and entertainment though. It’s an opportunity to show support for Minnesota ZooUnlimited programs that make the zoo accessible for all to enjoy. We’ll be slinging samples of beer in our best animal-themed attire, and hope you’ll join us in support. The night is chocked-full of fun for all who attend, but there's no fun to be had without a ticket. Get yours here.

COSMIC STALLION OUT NOW

Summer. It’s what we’ve all been waiting for. We traded in any hope of a Spring on a bet that Summer would be cosmic and we think we’re on our way there already with a little help from All-City Cycles. We’ve partnered up with our longtime friends to bring you a beer that embodies the feeling of summer and the versatility of their bike, The Cosmic Stallion. Find it where you find Fulton beginning this week (in MN) and in the weeks to come in outer markets.

WHAT'S A TCBB? HERE, LET US TELL YOU

Twin Cities Burger Battle is what we’re talking about. It’s one of our favorite events of the year and we’re back for our 4th year. Some of the metro’s best burger purveyors will be in attendance, dishing up all the burgers you can stuff your face with. We’re tag-teaming beverage duty with the good folks at Summit in a friendly East vs. West beer battle (it’s also all-you-can-drink, so you be the judge). Tickets are still available, though not for long. Get em’ here.

The Fulton Gran Fondo

This Saturday we invite you to join us at our NE MPLS production brewery for the 5th annual Fulton Gran Fondo. What are you going to miss if you don't attend? Well, besides a half dozen of MPLS' best local musical acts, we've rounded up some of the city's finest food purveyors to keep your taste buds equally entertained. Oh, and did we mention beer? You'll find Fulton favorites alongside our newest release: a Citrus Wheat Ale we're calling "Cosmic Stallion".

DRINK FULTON TO SUPPORT CYCLING IN MN

The Fulton Gran Fondo wouldn't be what it is without the help, enthusiasm, and participation of the local cycling community. It's extremely important to us to be able to support that community where and whenever we can. So, for 2018 we've teamed up with The Minnesota Cycling Federation as the official charitable partner of our event. For every beer you drink, we'll be donating $1 directly to them. Giving has never tasted so good.

Fulton Gran Fondo Friday Feast

But what about Friday?

The night before the big party we're throwing a mellow soirée focused on food and our new beer Cosmic Stallion. Chef Scott Pampuch and The Fulton Taproom Kitchen crew will be cooking up goodies fit for someone about to ride 100 miles on a bike. We're going whole-hog again this year with the help of our friends at Tangletown Gardens, which means pulled pork and a slew of other tasty items are on the menu. Friday night's live entertainment is provided by local musician Andy Cook who will be playing songs from his recent new release. You can buy tickets now by clicking here (space is limited).

  • It's all going down at our NE MPLS production brewery from 4pm-8pm.
  • This event is open to Gran Fondo riders and the public
  • Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
  • Ticket cost includes one food serving and one Fulton Beer.
  • Custom #FultonGranFondo gifts from Fulton partners  Loll Designs and Epicurean.
