Fulton's very first Oktoberfest, made exclusively for the annual celebration at our NE MPLS neighbors Gasthof's. Ours is brewed with American (Rahr) premium pilsner malt and German (Weyermann) Vienna & Munich malts. We use just enough German hops (Perle, Hallertau, & Tettnanger) to balance this malt forward beer. This beer is fermented with a lager yeast and undergoes an extensive lagering phase to create a malt forward yet crisp and refreshing beer.
