Pizza and beer. A more perfect pairing we know not of. That's why when our pizza pals at Pizza Luce called with the opportunity to collaborate on a seasonal offering exclusive to them we had to pounce. We made Mama Bravo with a heritage two row malt called "Meredith", from a family owned farm in North Dakota called Footjoy Farm. We also utilized some familiar but favored hops including Bravo, Simoce and the ever-popular Citra. With plenty of citrus fruits and pine notes to speak directly to your senses, we think the only thing that could make this beer better is enjoying it with a slice.
