Strawberry Rhubarb is truely our most Minnesotan flavor to date. It pours an incredible pink hue and is packed full of flavor, yet is as light and effervescent as all our Hard Seltzers.
This one comes from some spur-of-the-moment freestyling and wow, we’re so glad we made this. We’ll note, too, that this one would be epic as a slushee. (just add snow, right?) In a large/wide wine glass we salted the rim after gliding a lime wedge across the top. We filled it with a generous amount of ice, 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz Domaine De Canton and about 4ish oz of Strawberry Rhubarb Hard Seltzer. We squeezed 1/2 of a lime into this too along the way. What was a total experiment worked out quite nicely for a new cocktail in our quiver.
