As Fulton’s Metro Area On-Premises Sales representative you will be working closely with Fulton's National Sales Director to effectively grow Fulton’s retail presence and sales throughout the Twin Cities area, at the on-premises level.

Fulton is a Minneapolis brewery founded in 2009. We own and operate a 20 bbl brewery and taproom in downtown Minneapolis next to Target Field, and a 50,000 square foot production brewery in Northeast Minneapolis. The demands of the Shift Brewer position are very physical in nature. The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job you will be working over, under, and around machinery in tight and cramped spaces. You will need to be able to work in awkward positions for extended periods of time and/or standing, kneeling, and crouching for long periods of time. You must be comfortable working at heights while standing on a ladder or in a basket. This work environment involves indoor and outdoor activities in various temperatures and weather conditions. The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees are exposed to high levels of noise and other hazards requiring the use of personal protective equipment.

Fulton’s Cellar Operators are responsible for all cellar operations from wort cooling to bright beer including: yeast management, dry hopping, pH readings, gravity readings, centrifuge operation, lenticular filtration, sanitary fruit handling, & carbonation. Cellar Operators are also responsible for bridging the gaps between wort production, cellar operations, & packaging. A general understanding of both brewing & packaging equipment and an ability to assist where needed is required.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Fulton’s Packaging Line Operator is member of Fulton’s packaging team and reports directly to the Packaging Manager. The Packaging Line Operator are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Fulton’s packaging equipment, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the areas of the production floor that packaging occupies. Successful Packaging Line Operators work with a team to transfer finished beer from brite tanks into cans, bottles, and/or kegs, while adhering to Fulton’s quality standards.
