It’s hard to believe now, but back in 2012 when we opened our taproom it was the first of it’s kind here in Minneapolis. We could barely brew enough of our most familiar beers like Lonely Blonde and Sweet Child to keep on draft at all times. These were the days of growler sales and kegs stacked up in every corner. We squeezed in as many people as the fire marshall would allow. Those were grand times.
But, since those beginning and early days, we’ve always worked hard to elevate our guests’ experience the best we could. It eventually became clear that something was missing to take a visit to the Fulton taproom to the next level. What was missing was food made specifically to pair with our beers.
Enter: The Taproom Kitchen.
It’s classic Fulton approachability in food form; That’s what we set out to accomplish when we refurbished a vintage 1969 Airstream land yacht in 2017 and transformed it into our full time Fulton Taproom Kitchen. Through an ever-changing menu of classic midwestern fair, we’re focused on serving up simple, familiar, quality food to perfectly pair with your favorite Fulton beers. We’ll drink (and eat) to that.

Thanks for thinking of the Fulton Taproom for your event. Our staff is hand picked and some of the most experienced in the industry. Here are the steps to get your party started.
When’s the party?
You should have a few dates in mind. We need a two week notice before the date.
What kind of party are you having?
Whether it’s a business meeting, baby shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, or just to have tons of fun, we can accommodate your needs. If you want a private room for up to 40 people, we can hook you up any time of the week. The entire Taproom is available to rent on Mondays for groups of up to 150, and if you really need the space on your own time and terms, let’s talk!
We have food, beer, and hard seltzer.
The Fulton Taproom Kitchen makes delicious food that pairs perfectly with our beer. Ordering off the taproom menu is recommended for groups under 20. If your group is over 20, we recommend our catering menu for your specific needs.
We have 12-20 fresh Fulton beers on tap at any given time, four types of gluten free hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic soda. If you want an open bar, a limited amount of drink tickets, or have attendees take care of their own drinks or food, we can do it. Other options? We can do it.
Did we mention we can do it?
What will this amazing experience cost?
Minimums are the total cost of food and drinks before tax and tip. We do not have an additional charge for room rental.
Private room: minimum $600 for three hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. $900 for Friday or Saturday.
Private Taproom on Monday: minimum $1600 for three hours. Full taproom rental is a maximum 150 people for mix and mingle, 95 people seated.
Minimums are subject to increase during peak times. 20% gratuity is always added and not included in the minimum.
If additional hours are required, the rate will be prorated on the minimum cost.
A deposit is required of half the minimum, charged the day you make the reservation. On the day of your party, you can apply this deposit towards your bill or refund it back to the card and pay another way. The deposit is refundable only if Fulton receives an emailed cancellation to email@example.com 14 days or more days in advance.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your phone number and any further questions. We can’t wait to host your party!
Simply put, taprooms are quite possibly the most enjoyable place to have a beer. Enjoy a pint just 38 feet from where it was brewed (yes, we measured). If you are interested in hosting a private event at the Fulton taproom, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your request. We are currently only scheduling private events on days we are not otherwise open to the public.
Join us each and every Sunday afternoon for our Sunday Music Series. What is it? Glad you asked. It's our rotating cast of live local music hosted right here in our taproom. It's 3-5pm and free. Yes, free.
Maybe you're in town for a Twins game and stopping by Minneapolis' first taproom. Maybe one day isn't enough time enjoying our ever-expanding menu of MPLS MADE craft beers. If either seem accurate, stay the night and keep it local all at once. Our near-neighbors at Towneplace Suites just a few blocks away would love to host you and yours for the night.
