The band is back together. Years ago, we used to see Scott as he manned the helm at his restaurant Corner Table while we were still incubating what would become Fulton. Nearly a decade later, we’ve reconnected with one of MPLS’ most talented chefs.
From early on, Scott found his connection to others through food. First in his large, Midwestern hunter/grower family and later in the restaurant industry. After founding one of the pioneering locavore, farm-to-table focused restaurants in Minnesota, he set his sights on bigger ambitions and even bigger audiences as he went on to work in kitchens, stadiums, hotels and beyond. This whole time Scott has parlayed his love for honest, good food into collaborative and exciting conversations.
Now our friend Scott is leading the charge on bringing Minneapolis the best beer food in the state. He has built a menu from the top down with a focus on pairing with Fulton Beers. But make no mistake, this isn't precious or over-complicated eating. This is classic Fulton approachability at it's finest. Only this time, in food form.
Simply put, taprooms are quite possibly the most enjoyable place to have a beer. Enjoy a pint just 38 feet from where it was brewed (yes, we measured). If you are interested in hosting a private event at the Fulton taproom, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We are currently only scheduling private events on days we are not otherwise open to the public.
Join us every Thursday for "Record on Draft", our weekly vinyl night. You bring us a record to play and we'll put it in the queue to play that night and your first beer is on the house. 1 record=1 beer. 10 records=still 1 beer. You get the picture.
*Keep your selection appropriate, we'll be the ultimate judge of if it gets played or not.
Maybe you're in town for a Twins game and stopping by Minneapolis' first taproom. Maybe one day isn't enough time enjoying our ever-expanding menu of MPLS MADE craft beers. If either seem accurate, stay the night and keep it local all at once. Our near-neighbors at Towneplace Suites just a few blocks away would love to host you and yours for the night.
