Good times, straight from the source

From locavore to local beer.

It’s hard to believe now, but back in 2012 when we opened our taproom it was the first of it’s kind here in Minneapolis. We could barely brew enough of our most familiar beers like Lonely Blonde and Sweet Child to keep on draft at all times. These were the days of growler sales and kegs stacked up in every corner. We squeezed in as many people as the fire marshall would allow. Those were grand times.

But, since those beginning and early days, we’ve always worked hard to elevate our guests’ experience the best we could. It eventually became clear that something was missing to take a visit to the Fulton taproom to the next level. What was missing was food made specifically to pair with our beers.

Enter: The Taproom Kitchen.

It’s classic Fulton approachability in food form; That’s what we set out to accomplish when we refurbished a vintage 1969 Airstream land yacht in 2017 and transformed it into our full time Fulton Taproom Kitchen. Through an ever-changing menu of classic midwestern fair, we’re focused on serving up simple, familiar, quality food to perfectly pair with your favorite Fulton beers. We’ll drink (and eat) to that.

Take a peek at the menu on the right or download it here.

Simply put, taprooms are quite possibly the most enjoyable place to have a beer. Enjoy a pint just 38 feet from where it was brewed (yes, we measured). If you are interested in hosting a private event at the Fulton taproom, please send an e-mail to events@fultonbeer.com with your request. We are currently only scheduling private events on days we are not otherwise open to the public.

Sunday Music Series

Join us each and every Sunday afternoon for our Sunday Music Series. What is it? Glad you asked. It's our rotating cast of live local music hosted right here in our taproom. It's 3-5pm and free. Yes, free.

Keep it safe and keep it local.

Maybe you're in town for a Twins game and stopping by Minneapolis' first taproom. Maybe one day isn't enough time enjoying our ever-expanding menu of MPLS MADE craft beers. If either seem accurate, stay the night and keep it local all at once. Our near-neighbors at Towneplace Suites just a few blocks away would love to host you and yours for the night.
