
Fulton Sampling Squad
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Off-Premise Tastings: Sampling our products at the retail level, face to face with final consumers.
● Event Participation: Attending beer festivals, store tastings, and other events to promote the brewery.
● Product Promotion: Sharing information about Fulton’s beer, seltzers, THC, and more, offering samples, and engaging with customers.
● Brand Representation: Representing the brewery positively and professionally.
● Customer Interaction: Engaging with consumers and retailers enthusiastically.
● Content Creation: Potentially capturing photos and videos for social media.
● Must avoid being under the influence while on the clock.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

MATERIALS/MACHINES/EQUIPMENT USED:
● Portable Draft Equipment
● Cleaning agents and other hazardous chemicals
● Company vehicles
● Desktop computer including an understanding of Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite
IMPORTANT SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
● Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
● Valid Minnesota Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a love for meeting and interacting with people.
● Thorough attention to detail and desire to take initiative.
● The ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a collaborative and dynamic environment, while efficiently prioritizing tasks.
● The ability to work with others to accomplish common goals.
● The ability to work flexible hours.
● Must adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
● The desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
● Maintaining a professional image and demeanor at all times
