Where are you located?

Fulton’s Taproom (open to the public) is located at 414 6th Ave N - two blocks northeast of Target Field in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood in downtown Minneapolis.

Fulton’s Headquarters & Production Brewery (not open to the public) is located in Northeast Minneapolis at 2540 NE 2nd St. This is where the Gran Fondo and Oktoberfest events and hosted annually.

When are you open?

Taproom hours are Monday-Thursday 3pm-10pm, Saturday Noon-11pm and Sunday Noon-8pm. Kitchen closes one hour before the bar.

We are open for all Twins home games from April-September which makes for non-traditional daytime hours. We open at 11am for 12pm and 1pm home games.

HQ hours are Monday-Friday 9-4pm, by appointment only.

Do you offer brewery tours?

We do not currently offer tours at either brewing location.

Where can I find Fulton products?

Fulton beer, seltzer, and THC beverages are sold throughout bars, restaurants, and liquor stores throughout the great state of Minnesota and select locations in North Dakota and Wisconsin.

How can I request a beer or gift card donation?

Non-profit organizations are encouraged to visit our donations page and complete the form.

Where can I park?

Minneapolis street parking can be reserved using the MPLS parking app or a nearby pay station. Parking garages and surface lots are located throughout the North Loop neighborhood. Alternatively, Fulton offers numerous bike racks and the Target Station light rail stop is only several blocks away. Fulton does not own the parking lot located directly east of the taproom underneath the viaduct and unauthorized vehicles that park here are frequently towed. Don’t do it.

Are you family-friendly?

Absolutely. Well-behaved adults and kids are always welcome. We offer a kids menu for those 13 and under and N/A drinks for people of all ages. The bathroom has changing stations and there is an elevator to help get strollers up the stairs.

Can I bring my dog?

Seasonally and space-specifically, yes. Well-behaved dogs are only allowed on the patio due to our in-house food program. Service animals are the exception and are allowed indoors.

Do you take reservations?

We do not take table reservations, but if you’d like to reserve space for a group, please visit our private events page to complete an inquiry form.

Can I buy beverages to go?

You sure can. Fresh beer, hard seltzer and THC beverages straight from the are always stocked in our to go cooler. Inventory varies between our newest year-round and seasonal releases, along with some exclusive taproom finds. We sell prefilled 750mL crowlers of chilled beer and hard seltzer. We can also fill empty, clean, and clearly marked 64oz growlers if you still have those rolling around in your closet. Our 4.2mg and 10mg THC beverages are sold to go in 12oz bottles, as well.

Can I buy 12oz cans, 16oz cans or kegs?

Minnesota state law does not allow a brewery of our production size to sell either volume directly to consumers. Please contact your favorite liquor store for the latest selection of Fulton products.

Do you sell THC products?

We sure do. We currently make and sell hemp-derived, Delta-9 THC sparkling water in two flavors of 4.2mg (blood orange and lime) and 10mg (pineapple and blueberry) doses. Those 21+ can enjoy a bottle at the taproom or take home a 4-pack or 6-pack to go. Edibles from local partners are also available for purchase.

Do you sell any non-alcoholic beverages?

In addition to THC sparkling water, we also offer NA sparkling hop water, Red Bull, and an assortment of sodas.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan menu options?

Most of our menu items can be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free or vegetarian, however we operate a small kitchen and some offerings may not be available. Please address any dietary needs with your bartender prior to ordering

Can I bring in outside food?

Nope. Our in-house kitchen is firing hand-crafted food seven days a week, so please leave your sourdough starter at home.

Do you sell merchandise?

We offer a wide selection of seasonal apparel and accessories for purchase on-site. Please email with any questions or if you’d like to place an online order.
