It’s not a punchline—it’s the return of Fulton's 8th Annual Pintwood Derby, rolling back into the North Loop Taproom on Saturday, March 28.
Fifty-six handcrafted cars will line up to compete in this double-elimination showdown where creativity, craftsmanship, and just a little chaos collide. Starting at Noon, cars will be weighed in and displayed before racing kicks off at 1 PM. The action runs until 5 PM, with races moderated by Pintwood Derby legend Danny Sparxxx.
Fans can cheer on their favorite builds as they go head-to-head down our custom track, complete with digital timekeeping and in-track sensors because fair is fair, and rubbing is racing.
The stakes? Very real. The winning racer will take home a $250 Sun Country Airlines travel voucher and earn the honor of signing and drinking from the tournament’s legendary Pintly Trophy.
The competition may sell out, but the vibes don’t. Viewing is family-friendly and open to all, no registration required.
Car kits are now available to purchase exclusively in the taproom. $40 gets you the car parts, a crowler of the 2026 Pintwood Derby beer, and a complimentary beverage. Space is limited, and registration will sell out.
