FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS-"Italy, MN"

If you enjoy an Aperol Spritz, you're going to love this. We like to make this cocktail most often in the 2:1 ratio of Fulton Blood Orange Hard Seltzer to Aperol. You can tweak it some if you like, but in sticking to this we usually end up with half of a can (6oz) of hard seltzer and 3oz of Aperol. We usually use a stemless wine glass for this one, but a collins glass would work well too. We garnished this with a wedge of Blood Orange here, but we've also used regular orange zest in the past to much delight. Pour both liquid ingredients over ice, no stir needed.

FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS- “Wisco Blood Orange Old Fashioned”

Our neighbors to the East are known for many things both common and otherwise (did you know they have more lakes than MN!?!?). But one of our favorite reasons we love Wisconsin so much is that they’re fans of a good cocktail (and beer!) and unafraid of staking their claim on one of the most historic cocktails of all time: The Old Fashioned. Our iteration of this classic comes with the addition of Blood Orange Hard Seltzer. It gives it a bit more depth but also helps “thin” out the cocktail for an experience with a little less punch of alcohol. Our version calls for the following: Muddle 1 blood orange slice in a glass with 1 sugar cube, 2 brandied cherries, and 3 dashes of bitters. Add ice. We then measure 2 ounces of brandy and stir. Then, top off with Fulton Blood Orange Hard Seltzer. Enjoy.

FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS- “Tequila Funrise”

We’ll mix up one of these, kick back in our favorite chair, and throw on our favorite Rolling Stones album (we recommend “Goats Head Soup” and watch the time fade away. This is the perfect weekend a.m. cocktail if you ask us. We like to fill a collins glass high with good, clear ice. We pour 2 oz of tequila, 4 oz of Fulton Blood Orange Hard Seltzer and add 1/2 oz of grenadine. To get the colors to mix a little more, we’ll garnish with orange and a maraschino cherry after. Or, for better visuals, do the grenadine last. It’s your call.
