FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS- “Lime Seltzerita”

Ahhhhh, the taste experience of a summer’s day. We’d drink these all day long if given the chance when the sun is high and the temps are tee-shirt friendly. But alas, in a state where winter is half the year, we go ahead anyways and lift our spirits often with a summery drink (just throw another log on the fire!). Here we’re mixing 1 1/2 oz of tequila and 1 oz triple sec over ice and shaking till our hands freeze. Strain into a martini glass (you fancy!) with salted rim and add freshly squeezed lime juice and about 4oz of Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer. Depending on our mood, we add back some ice, or not! While you’re at it, you should probably garnish it with a lime wedge. You know, for good measure.

FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS- “Fulton 75”

Making this at home with our Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer in lieu of Champagne makes one ponder one simple question- “Why the heck haven’t we been doing this more?” This is such a simple yet exceedingly satisfactory cocktail that we’ve begun stockpiling lemons like it’s lemonade season. Since we’re at home non-stop these days, it’s important to remind ourselves we deserve “special” now and again, so we’ve crafted this one in a flute to keep it feeling luxe. Our version of a French 75 is comprised of 1 oz gin, 1/2oz lemon juice and 2oz of Fulton Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer. We build ours over a few cubes of ice, but maybe you like to shake your gin over ice first? Your call. But whatever you do, don’t forget the fancy lemon zest for exceptionally-pretty and aromatically-charming enjoyment.

FULTON HARD SELTZER COCKTAILS- “Johnnie Collins”

Our “Johnnie Collins” is a classy ode to our alma mater. Our old stomping grounds helped bring us together and filled our memories with tales and experiences galore. Our riff on a Tom Collins is pretty close to the original, but subs carbonated water with the ever-refreshing Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer. Recipe is as follows: 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup (we might have put a little more in, just saying), and our hard seltzer. We garnish with a cherry and a lemon wheel, of course. Simple, yes. Delicious, also yes.
